1.The driver will call you when he is about 30 minutes away the day of your delivery. Your items are guaranteed to arrive before 9 pm the very latest during season and before 7 pm the very latest during off-season. Most days deliveries are done earlier than this. We do not set delivery appointments due to the amount of orders and large delivery radius we provide service to; but we do try to do our best to honor your time requests. If you are not available for a part of the day or have time restraints-please make sure you have written us with the time you are not available or the time you need to leave to go to the airport.
2.Airport only-Deliveries scheduled for 15 minutes before and after your time selected, this should not be when your flight arrives but when you think you will be ready to meet after picking up your rental car. You will both have a 30-minute window to arrive due to life’s circumstances that arise:) However, if you have a delayed flight longer than this time period, it is your responsibility to contact the driver to let them know so they can go to their next appointment first and then come to you. They are not able to wait otherwise the whole route will be off. There will be additional charges that apply.
3.Hotel/condo with an office-If you pay by card in advance and notify front desk, we will try our best to have your items waiting for you when you arrive (with the exception of really busy days) and picked up after you check out.
4. Our cancellation policy – a full refund minus a processing fee of 50.00 is issued if you cancel within 2 weeks of rental or if you cancel after the deadline and do not have travel insurance then with natural disasters outside of your control other than health related issues or illness you can credit 50% of your amount towards a future rental.
5. Once your order is submitted, there will be a $10.00 processing fee each time you wish to make changes to your order. Items subtracted from your order must be done before the 2 week cancellation period.
6. We do not expect our items to be returned perfect. But, if they come back needing repaired, detail cleaning, or broken then we will write to you and charge your card on file for the damages.

Visiting Baby, Inc. further disclaims any liability for loss, damage, or injury to Customer or third parties as a result of any defects in the equipment or the Customer’s or third parties’ installation, use or Maintenance of the equipment. Visiting Baby, Inc. shall have no obligation to install, erect, test, adjust or service the equipment. As to Visiting Baby, Inc., the Customer leases the equipment “as is”. The Customer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Visiting Baby, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising, directly or indirectly, out of the rental of the equipment or that is in any way connected to the equipment.
