Many hotels do not accept deliveries without the reservation name so please make sure the name provided is who booked the room.
Your items will be delivered to the bell stand or the front desk or concierge if they do not have a bell stand. Disney resorts will not accept deliveries so you will have to order an exact time window because they charge $75 per item for checking them.
Items will also be picked up from the bell stand.
We will leave a message to you when your items have been dropped off and we ask that you send us a message when you have dropped them back off and we can go pick it up.
Email is the fastest way to reach us and the only way to reach us outside of office hours so send a message if you should need any assistance to [email protected]
If you are renting a car we meet you at the rental car garage in parking areas before you exit out onto the street. We will message you when we arrive with directions to where we are and color and make of the car. We are not able to drive up to the rental kiosks and it will require you to drive in the garage to reach us. It is your responsibility to send a message if your flight is delayed. The drivers are only able to wait 30 minutes and then must leave to go to other appointments. If you do not message they will come back but depending on how far away their next appointment is you could be waiting for over an hour so please send a message if you can so they go to the next delivery and then come to you at your new delayed time. Also, during season it is more difficult to adjust times on the day of departure so please be sure to send a message to see if a change is possible or plan to use the drop off station located at the offsite airport parking less than a mile away.
If you are taking a taxi or share ride then you message us when you land and then again when you are ready for drop off at the terminal and provide the terminal and number or color system the airport uses. The driver will pull up to that spot at the terminal and drop off and pick up your items when you are leaving.
The drivers are only able to wait 30 minutes and then must leave to go to other appointments. If someone is picking you up then we meet then at the cell phone lot and send them an email with our color and make when we have arrived as well as location in the parking lot. If they arrive first then they can email us with the same and we will find them. Please give them our email
If it is an individual home your items will be left at the door or in a covered area of the property for example a pool area or screened patio. If there are cleaners or maintenance workers there then we will set them just inside of the door if it will not be In The way of their cleaning. When the virus is gone we will once again go back to setting items up in the house of someone is available to give us access if not the items will be left for you in the covered area. We will send a message to let you know your items have been delivered. When you have set the items outside for pickup please also send a message to let us know they can be picked up.

If it is in a condo or complex then your items will be delivered to the door and you should leave them at the door when you are ready for us to pick them up. We will send you a message when they are dropped off and please send us a message when you have set them out.
If this is a large complex with more than one building then your items will be delivered to the bell stand. They will also be picked up at the bell stand. You can call them to bring them to you and to pick them back up or you can pick up and drop off yourself. The items will be checked in your name and our name.
Private residences will often receive their orders and have their orders picked up on different days before and after the dates you need them to coordinate with other deliveries and to charge less of a delivery fee to everyone. Please use the code “delivery” in the coupon box for a discount on delivery. You may also order an exact window and pay more if you need it at a certain time on your day and not early due to a busy schedule or travel plans etc
Your items will be delivered to your door and if you are available can be brought in to setup for you. Due to the virus at this time though all orders are being delivered to the door only. If you should need assistance during the rental process the fastest way to reach us is by email
